Individual Memberships
A 1-year membership in CCH&GS gives you the following:
- Special invitations to each of our 12 general membership meetings (which always include a speaker or visit to a local site of historic interest)
- A reminder call or e-mail for each meeting, if desired;
- Each issue of our newsletter in either hard copy or electronic format
- Access to our museum and research library for your genealogical and historic research
By remaining a member, you also support our efforts to make these things available to you and the local community.
Where else can you get this kind of value and quality for only $12.00 per year? We also offer Life Memberships for a 1-time fee of $150.00.
Our memberships run on a calendar year basis from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 of the current year.
With your contribution, the CCH&GS can continue to collect, preserve and share the past for generations to come.
Business Membership
BUSINESS MEMBERSHIP
There are several benefits to becoming a Business Member of the Historical Society.
- You receive a copy of our fantastic tri-annual newsletter. Each newsletter is filled with recaps of recent past events and information about upcoming events. Each newsletter contains genealogical and historical articles written by our staff and members of the Society about topics of interest to them.
- You will receive notification and details of upcoming meetings and events via our phone callers or e-mail.
- Members receive special discounts on most items in our bookstore including books, DVD’s, note cards and apparel.
- Members have the opportunity to utilize our Library sources for historical or genealogical research during regular open hours.
- Members have voting rights at our annual meeting for election of Board Members and Officers of the Society.
Your $25 annual Business Membership dues are a primary source of income for the Historical Society. We are an all-volunteer organization, but there are still expenses for maintaining our Office, Library and Museum and we depend on and appreciate your support.
With your contribution, the CCH&GS can continue to collect, preserve and share the past for generations to come.
Tech Sponsor of the Month
TECH SPONSOR
There are several benefits to becoming a Tech Sponsor of the Historical Society.
- Becoming a Tech Sponsor includes a regular membership to the Historical Society. You receive a copy of our fantastic tri-annual newsletter. Each newsletter is filled with recaps of recent past events and information about upcoming events. Each newsletter contains genealogical and historical articles written by our staff and members of the Society about topics of interest to them.
